Alaska:
— 1 1/2 ounces gin
— 1/2 ounce L'Excuse Yellow
— 1 dash orange bitters
— Garnish: lemon twist
Add ingredients together in a shaker tin. Shake well and strain into a Nick and Nora Glass. Garnish with Lemon Twist.

Old Yeller
— 2 ounces bourbon
— 1/2 ounce L'Excuse Yellow
— 1 egg white
— 3/4 ounce honey simple syrup
— 1/2 ounce lemon juice
Add ingredients to shaker tin and dry shake (no ice) add ice and shake well. Strain and pour into a rocks glass.
